I have 7+ years of management experience, including experience in a leadership role in Further Education.

Assessed strengths (results from Assessment Centre feedback):

  1. Leadership – Provides direction and purpose, motivates others to achieve a high level of performance enabling them to contribute to the (organisation’s) success. Takes ownership of their team’s performance and acts as a role model for them.
  2. Communication – Delivers information to others using appropriate communication methods. Listens and checks to ensure their communication and others’ understanding is aligned.
  3. Planning & Implementing – Manages multiple tasks effectively through accurate planning, prioritising and the utilisation of their team to drive results.
  4. Coaching & Developing – Reviews performance, supporting and challenging where appropriate. Coaches their team to facilitate increased ownership and performance of each individual.
  5. Retail Awareness – Is detailed in their implementation of retail standards, maintaining an awareness of competitor activity and technological developments that may impact on store performance.
